My Mother recently sold her car to Stephen Shannon after her eyesight was failing.She has previously had vehicles from them before when dealing with Ian.The service from Stephen as from his father previously was first class.This is a local family business established for many years, offering a first class service.My mother got a very fair price on her low mileage Nissan.A price that allowed both parties to be happy and walk away.We live in a society now where so much is price driven.People want to pay as little as possible for something when buying and expect top dollar when selling.A car dealer has to make a margin and only source clean quality cars for it’s customers.So it can offer warranties etc and peace of mind to its customers. Ian Shammon’s also factors in unbeatable customer service.Open, honest caring and approachable, these qualities are not reflected in all car sales businesses.
That’s why I have no hesitation in recommending them, and also why my mother will be using them again, if she gets the go ahead to drive as she’s hoping to.
